My name is Prasad and I'm a cook/chef by profession I went to culinary school (CAI) in Hyderabad India and I have worked in multiple countries, places and different cuisines but my passion was always to open a food stall and serve good food at affordable prices so I have decided to open up a small food startup and this is what I tried to make today and I hope to serve as many people as possible in this greater austin area. Cooking is something that makes me happy and I love cooking for others. I always wanted to be a chef and I really worked hard for it , It is a very nice profession where you can learn new things daily. When I serve a bowl of a recipe, it contains my love, hard work, and passion for my profession. I have seen my mother, grandmother cooking every day for us and I use to love watching them and wanted to learn from a very small age. Some of my chutney recipes are borrowed from them . There are multiple reasons to be a chef for me and the very first one is I just love cooking. I know it is quite common to cook but I just love it and it keeps me happy.
